You may have heard of NFT (Non-Fungible Token), but are you still confused about what exactly it is?
An NFT acts as a non-duplicable digital certificate of ownership for any assigned digital asset.
Some popular forms of NFTs include jpegs, gifs & videos.
Once the NFT is purchased, the owner has the digital rights to resell or distribute the digital asset as they please. NFT creators also have the opportunity to earn royalties off of future reselling transactions.
Unlockable and Redeemable features can be added to NFT’s (e.g. the owner of an NFT on a specific date can redeem a 1 on 1 video call). This generally increases the demand and value of the NFT.

Why would I want to sell my content as an NFT instead of just selling my pictures and videos on OnlyFans or ManyVids?
As more possible platforms emerge for creators to monetize their content, there begs the question if you want to add another platform to your list.
What NFT’s and xxxNifty allow you to do is completely change the way your content is perceived, and ultimately engaged with.
NFT’s initially emerged for traditional artists to sell their artwork in a digital and limited quantity format. It becomes impossible to forge a piece of art, as the blockchain transaction will show every transaction of the present and past owners of a specific NFT from its inception.
A good analogy for how the interaction would change between your followers and content is: OnlyFans is similar to paying an admission ticket to an art gallery. You can see all the art displayed, but you don’t own it. On the other hand, by selling your content as an NFT, you are selling the piece of art displayed (which generally results in the content being valued at a higher amount, as they would become the owners of it).
The beauty of NFT’s is that you can set a Royalty Fee Percentage associated to each NFT you sell (e.g. 10%). Whenever that NFT is resold in the future, you would automatically receive a 10% commission based on the selling price (this is established and set up when the NFT is created, xxxNifty will guide you through this process!).

We handle all the backend work, such as the process of “minting” (creation of the NFT on the blockchain), listing the NFT’s on the platform, transferring the NFT to collectors, and sending you your funds (in either US Dollars or Ether).
