Community Update — April 11th, 2024
In this community update, Tim, with special guest Mark, discussed upcoming marketing plans, fixes and direct messaging on Pleasurely, recent price action and community activity, the current state of the adult industry, market conditions and the Bitcoin halving, and ongoing development. The update serves as a teaser for the exciting things to come! We plan on having LIVE AMA’s in the coming weeks.

Upcoming Marketing Roadmap
The team is implementing an extensive marketing plan which will run for approx. 6 weeks, beginning shortly. This includes daily social media posts showcasing our platforms, live calls during active crypto launches with specific communities on Telegram and Twitter Spaces, strategic partnerships and PR including banner ads and trending posts, shilling to specific groups, giveaways, and ambassador marketing with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s). The team aims to spread the word about our platforms and increase community engagement by partnering up with as many people as we can.
Fixes and Direct Messaging on Pleasurely
The team has been working on bug fixes and improvements for Pleasurely. We were finally able to address a bug that prevented creators from seeing their earnings and are close to finishing the development of Direct Messaging. DM’s are far into the testing phase with plenty of robust features. Our plan is to launch during the marketing roadmap.
A new Pleasurely landing page for creators has also been built to provide information to new creators and help them sell their content and brand.
Recent Price Action and Community Activity
The recent $NSFW price action has been very positive, with increased volume and liquidity. We were in a low period for a while but we’re finally getting back to exiting times! The community has been more actively engaged, with high levels of participation and conversations happening in the Telegram group. The team encourages continued participation and spreading the word about the project.

Current State of the Adult Industry, with Mark
The adult industry has faced challenges over the past few years due to the economic recession and rising cost of living. This had a big effect on how people spend their disposable income. However, there are signs of improvement in 2024, with things returning to normal and the industry becoming more vibrant again. We’re not out of the woods yet but we’re going in the right direction. Content creation remains a driving force in the industry.

Market Conditions and Bitcoin Halving
The market suggests that we are in the midst of a bull run. We believe this will continue until 2025 as do many investors and market professionals. The upcoming Bitcoin halving event on April 20th is expected to have a positive impact as the supply of Bitcoin coming into the market daily will be cut in half. This will increase demand dramatically. Hopefully with interest rates possibly lowering, we will see more disposable income coming back into the market. Increased adoption and ETFs are also seen as bullish indicators.
Ongoing Development
The team is working on various projects, including a revamped staking site with a 6 month pool. One of many features of the new contract and site will be the ability to instantly see and withdraw your staking rewards. Because we are dealing with your funds, we have been slowly and cautiously developing this site. We are conducting robust testing to ensure the safety of users’ funds. The team aims to provide value and improve the staking mechanism for years to come.
As you know, Pleasure Pad Mint Passes are available to purchase. Pleasure Pads themselves are still in the development phase and we are working on making them available for minting as soon as possible. We hope to tease new development in the near future
